Pronouns 4: Demonstrative Pronouns
Demonstrative pronouns represents things that are near to, or far from us either in time or location.
For things that are near we use this / these, and for things that are further away from us, we use that / those.
– This drink is John’s and that one on the other table is David’s.
– These flowers are nice, but those at the back of the shop are even nicer.
